Where the data comes from
Every lead comes from county public records: court filings and recorded documents. We match each one to the property and its owner, and show the source on every lead.
From the record to your feed
- 1
County records
Court filings and recorded documents in every county we cover, updated twice a day.
- 2
Add the sale dates
Auction dates and published notices add sale dates and fill gaps.
- 3
Match the property
Each filing is matched to the county’s property roll by owner name, legal description or parcel number. Only confident matches go live.
- 4
Score and publish
The lead is scored for a wholesaler and appears in the feed, on the map and in your alerts.
Both kinds of record
Court filings are the freshest; recorded documents carry liens and property detail.
Primary sources only
No resold lists: county clerks, courts, property rolls, auctions and notices.
Shown on every lead
Each lead shows the filing and where it came from.
Not a consumer report
For real estate outreach, not credit, jobs or housing decisions.
Matching, freshness and privacy
Confident matches only
A lead is published only when the owner match is confident. A filing that could belong to more than one property stays unpublished until the record settles it.
Fresh
Updated twice a day. A new filing often reaches your feed the day it’s filed.
Owners’ privacy
Any owner can ask us to remove their property, and we do. Write to info@infinitebusinessideas.com.
Questions
Do you buy lead lists?
No. Leads come only from public sources. Phone numbers come from a skip-tracing provider when you run a trace.
Why isn’t every county live?
A county goes live once its court filings and recorded documents both come through reliably and its matches are good enough to publish.
Can an owner have a property removed?
Yes. Owners ask on the Remove my property page; we take the property off every lead and keep it off.
