Questions
Do unused credits carry over?
Your plan’s credits are for the month; unused ones expire when the next paid month starts. Credits you buy never expire.
What if I run out?
Buy more on any paid plan, by card from Billing: packs of 100, 250, 500, 1,000 credits at $0.15 a credit. Your plan’s credits are used first.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from Manage billing. Moving up adds the difference for the rest of the month; cancelling keeps your plan to the end of the month you paid for.
Is there a refund?
A full refund within 7 days of your first payment if nothing was used: no credits spent, no texts sent, no leads exported.
How is texting paid for?
Your plan includes numbers and texts each month. Carrier registration and carrier fees come from a texting balance you top up by card.
What does Starter’s “3 counties” mean?
You pick 3 live counties after paying; owners and addresses open there, and the rest look as they do on Free. You can swap a county once a month.
