Terms of Service
Last updated November 7, 2026 · Deedline is operated by Infinite Business Ideas LLC
These terms are an agreement between you and Infinite Business Ideas LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"), which runs Deedline (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you may bind it.
Sections 4 (not a consumer report), 8 (acceptable use), 14 (limits on our liability) and 16 (arbitration and no class actions) matter most. Please read them.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 and use the Service for your business, such as buying, selling or investing in real estate. It is built for use in the United States.
2. What the Service is
Deedline gathers records that are public, such as court filings, liens, recorded documents and property data, and shows them as leads with a score. It also offers skip tracing through third-party data providers, a pipeline, automations and business texting.
Nothing in the Service is legal, financial or tax advice. Scores and labels are estimates, not promises about a property or a person.
3. The data and its accuracy
Public records can be late, incomplete or wrong, and so can the data our providers return. We work to keep leads accurate and current, but we do not guarantee any record, match, phone number, owner or value. Check what matters before you rely on it.
Leads in a county appear only once we have switched that county on. We may add, pause or remove counties, sources and fields.
4. Not a consumer report
Infinite Business Ideas LLC is not a consumer reporting agency, and the Service does not provide consumer reports as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) defines them. You must not use the Service or anything from it, in whole or in part, as a factor in deciding whether someone is eligible for credit, insurance, employment, housing or tenancy, a government licence or benefit, or for any other purpose covered by the FCRA or similar state laws.
5. Your account
Keep your login to yourself and your account details true. You are responsible for what happens in your account and in the workspace you own, including what its members do. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
6. Plans, credits and payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe, and renew each month until you cancel. Prices are shown on the Billing page. We may change them with at least 30 days' notice; a new price applies from your next month.
- You can cancel at any time from Manage billing. Your plan then runs to the end of the month you paid for.
- Each paid month adds your plan's credits. Credits from your plan that you have not used expire when the next month starts. Credits you buy or that we give you do not expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
- Starter covers the 3 counties you pick. You can add a county at any time and swap one out once a month. Pro and Team cover every county we have switched on.
- If a payment fails, you keep your plan while Stripe tries again. If it still fails, your account moves to the free plan.
- Your texting balance is prepaid. It pays the carriers' registration fees and anything beyond your plan at the prices shown on the Texting page.
- Prices do not include taxes; where taxes apply, they are added.
Refunds follow our Refund policy.
7. Your content
You keep what you put in the Service, such as notes, lists, templates and messages. You let us store and process it to run the Service for you and as our Privacy policy describes.
8. Acceptable use
You must use the Service lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you must not:
- contact anyone in breach of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act or any other federal or state law on calls and texts, including do-not-call lists, consent, calling hours and opt-outs;
- send email in breach of the CAN-SPAM Act or similar laws;
- harass, threaten, deceive or pressure people, including people facing foreclosure, probate or debt;
- misrepresent who you are, or claim to be a lender, a government agency, a court or someone you are not;
- use the Service against anyone on the basis of race, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin or any other protected trait, or in breach of fair housing laws;
- resell, publish or give away the Service's data, or use it to build a competing product;
- copy the Service by scraping, bots or bulk downloads beyond the exports it offers, or try to get around its limits, masking or security;
- upload malware or anything you have no right to share.
9. Texting
If you use texting, our Texting terms apply too. You are the sender of record of every text you or your automations send.
10. Other companies' services
The Service relies on other companies, including Stripe for payments, Twilio for texting and phone checks, skip-tracing data providers and map providers. Their own terms may apply to what they do, and we are not responsible for their services.
11. Our rights in the Service
The Service, its design, scores and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it under these terms while your account is open. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.
12. Suspension and closing
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account, or a feature such as texting, if these terms are broken, if we must by law, or to protect people or the Service. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first. Sections 4, 13 to 17 and anything that by its nature should last continue after an account closes.
13. No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
14. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, deals, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if that is more.
15. Your responsibility to us
You will defend and indemnify us against claims, fines and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from how you use the Service, from your texts, calls and emails, or from breaking these terms or the law.
16. Disputes, arbitration and no class actions
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Before starting a claim, email us at info@infinitebusinessideas.com so we can try to settle it within 30 days. If we can't, any dispute about the Service or these terms will be decided by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, not in court. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court.
You and we each give up the right to a jury trial and to bring or join a class, collective or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court and not to arbitration.
You can opt out of arbitration by emailing info@infinitebusinessideas.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
