Leads and county records

Every distressed property, the day the clerk records it

Probate, lis pendens, foreclosure auctions, tax deed sales and liens from county clerks, each matched to its parcel and owner, on a list and on a map.

One feed for every kind of distress

Seven lead types come in from each county we cover: probate, lis pendens, foreclosure auctions, tax deed sales, and HOA, code enforcement and construction liens.

Each one is tied to the property it’s about, with the owner, the mailing address, the value and the filing it came from.

Leads

On the map, down to the lot

Every lead is a pin coloured by its score. Zoom in and the parcel’s outline appears, so you know exactly which house it is before you drive by.

All the trouble on a parcel, together

When a property has more than one kind of distress, a lis pendens and an HOA lien say, you see them side by side, and the lead score rises with each one.
