Privacy policy

Last updated November 7, 2026 · Deedline is operated by Infinite Business Ideas LLC

This policy explains what Infinite Business Ideas LLC ("we") collects through Deedline, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. It covers two groups of people: our customers, and the people whose public records appear in the Service.

1. What we collect from customers

  • Account details: your email, name, phone number and password (stored only as a secure hash by our login provider).
  • Billing details: your plan, payments and invoices. Card numbers go to Stripe and never reach us; we keep only Stripe's reference to you.
  • What you create: saved searches, lists, deals, notes, tasks, templates, automations, and the texts you send and receive through the Service, with the phone numbers involved.
  • Texting registration: your business's legal name, address, website and contact person. Your EIN goes to the carriers' registration once and we keep only its last 4 digits.
  • Skip traces: the addresses you look up and the contacts our providers return.
  • Technical data: logs of requests and errors, and a one-way hash of your network address used for rate limiting and security.

2. Public records about property owners

The Service shows records that are already public: court filings, recorded documents, liens and property data from county clerks, property appraisers, courts and published notices. These can include an owner's name, a property's address and the owner's mailing address. Skip traces add contact details from licensed data providers, only when a customer asks for them.

If you are a property owner and want your record removed from the Service, use the removal request form or email info@infinitebusinessideas.com with the property address. We will remove it from what customers see and keep a note so it isn't added back.

3. How we use information

  • To run the Service: show leads, run skip traces and automations, deliver texts, keep your workspace.
  • To bill you, through Stripe.
  • To keep the Service secure, stop abuse and enforce our Terms.
  • To answer you and send account and service messages.
  • To fix problems and improve the Service.
  • To meet legal duties.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with companies that run parts of the Service for us, under contract, and only for that:

  • Supabase (database and login), Vercel (web hosting) and Railway (background jobs);
  • Stripe (payments);
  • Twilio (texting, phone numbers and phone checks), and the carriers and registries a texting registration goes to;
  • Tracerfy (skip tracing);
  • Mapbox (maps and property images) and Cloudflare (a bot check on sign-up and login).

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy keeps applying to it.

5. Text messages

Customers text property owners from their own registered business; they are the sender of record. Mobile numbers and texting opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. A reply of STOP blocks that number from the sender at once, for good.

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies the Service needs: to keep you signed in, protect forms and remember small display choices. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open and for a reasonable time after, to meet legal, tax and accounting duties and resolve disputes. Opt-out and removal records are kept for good, so they keep working. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

8. Security

Data travels encrypted. Access is limited to the people and systems that need it, every table is protected by access rules, and secrets such as texting credentials are stored sealed. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect yours and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

9. Your choices and rights

You can see and change most of your details in Settings, and close your account by asking us. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and not be discriminated against for asking. Email info@infinitebusinessideas.com; we will confirm it's you first and answer within the time the law sets. We do not sell or share personal information as California law defines those terms.

10. Children

The Service is for adults running a business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Where data is kept

The Service is run from the United States, and data is stored there.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. If a change is material we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
